Pieter Bakker obtained his Master Degree in Civil Engineering from the Delft Technical University in 2001. Since then he has been working at Delta Marine Consultants as a coastal engineer involved in many offshore and coastal projects such as breakwaters, artificial reefs, dredging operations, offshore wind farms, heat recirculation studies and port operability assessments.
