Taco Vergeer graduated in 1991 from the College of Advanced Technology, Utrecht, the Netherlands. with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and in 1995 with a B.Sc. in Science of Technical Industrial Organisation from the College of Advanced Technology, Rotterdam. He joined Boskalis Dredging Company, in the Engineering Department, Papendrecht, the Netherlands in 1991 as a Project Engineer. In 1999 he became Commercial Management Assistant Project Development at Boskalis bv, Rotterdam. He is now Commercial Manager at Boskalis, specialising in project development, contract management, project and process management and Alliance contracts, and is the interim Project Director for the PPP at Wieringerrandmeer.
