Rienk Hessels received his MSc from the University of Technology Eindhoven in Construction Engineering and his MBA from Erasumus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Since 1988 he has worked for Ballast Nedam and is presently assigned to the Øresund Fixed Link project.
