Jeff Corbino earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Fisheries Biology from Louisiana State University in 1997 and 1999, respectively. He is an Environmental Resources Specialist at the USACE, New Orleans District, and oversees environmental aspects of the District’s 70 million cubic yard (54 million cubic metre) per annum maintenance dredging programme.
