Harald Köthe
Harald Köthe graduated in 1988 from the University of Bonn, Germany with a degree in geology. He is presently employed at the Bundesanstalt für Gewässerkunde (Federal Institute of Hydrology), Koblenz, Germany, where he is responsible for the management of dredged materials from federal waterways and the development of national and international guidelines about dredged materials.
