Dirk Hamer

Dirk Hamer graduated in 1979 in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. He worked as a designer/ researcher at the Ministery of Transport and Waterways and later at Hollandsche Beton Groep. He then moved to HAM (now part of Van Oord) and worked on Far Eastern projects, such as the land reclamation for the Hong Kong airport, and later as project manager in Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines en Singapore. He is presently Deputy Project Director at PUMA.
