Wai-ping Lee
Wai-ping Lee was the project engineer responsible for the management of contaminated mud pits from 1993 to 1995. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1987 and has been involved in various maritime projects over the past seven years. He now works in the Research and Development Section of the Civil Engineering Office of the Hong Kong Government.
