Stefan Moens
Stefan Moens graduated in 1994 as an Industrial Engineer – Construction Topographics at K.I.H.O Ghent (Belgium) and joined Jan De Nul Group in January 1995 starting as a Junior QA-HSE engineer. In 1998 he joined the operations department and has been working ever since on dredging projects in India, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, and Algeria. Presently he is Project Manager on the PENAC project in Panama.
