After receiving his degree from the International Agricultural College/Land & Water Management, Frank Stikkel joined Royal Boskalis Westminster Group as assistant superintendent in 1980. Since then he has worked on numerous dredging projects worldwide and is presently a senior Project manager. On the Eemszinker project he was responsible for all the dredging and backfilling works. Presently he is working at a Boskalis project in Kazakhstan
