Edmond Russo serves as the Deputy District Engineer for Programmes and Project Management at the USACE, Galveston (Texas) District. He previously served as Division Chief at the US Army Engineer R&D Center, Vicksburg, Mississippi. Prior to joining the USACE he worked at Fugro-McClelland (Southeast), Inc., in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor’s from Louisiana State University, Master’s from University of New Orleans and his PhD from Louisiana State University, all in Civil Engineering.
