Carol Granneman graduated from Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands in 1984 with a MSc in Civil Engineering (Coastal Engineering). He started his career as a project engineer with Rijkswaterstaat. Since 1991 he has been an information analyst with Baggermaatschappij Boskalis bv.
