Tricia Campbell has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. She is presently an Operations Project Manager in the Galveston District Navigation Branch overseeing the Operations and Maintenance of the Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Harbor and Channel Federal navigation projects.
