After obtaining his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Systems Engineering at Pennsylvania State University, Steven acquired a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.  As a corporate project manager and construction estimator for Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc., his focus remains in the fields of environmental dredging and environmental engineering with a specific focus on dredged material disposal/beneficial reuse, processing/dewatering of sediments, dredging production analysis, engineered sediment caps installation, dredge/marine equipment development, marine construction cost estimating and construction management.
