Nicholas Brown received an LLB & LLM from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He worked as an Articled Clerk at Barwicks Wiseowulds, Australia (1992- 96) and as Assistant Solicitor at McCullough Robertson, Australia (1997- 99). From 1999 to 2003 he was a Senior Associate at Masons, Hong Kong and UK, and is presently a Senior Associate, International Construction and Energy at Pinsent Masons, Hong Kong. He has nine years experience with infrastructure projects in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, United Kingdom and Eastern Europe in a wide range of capital works projects across the fields of public works, PPP and private development.
