Maurizio Gentilomo is a Civil Engineer. Starting in 1969 he worked on behalf of Impregilo (Milan, Italy) and its associates as a site engineer and project manager. In 1987 he was appointed Deputy General Manager. From 1992- 98, he was Deputy General Manager at Consorzio Venezia Nuova (CVN), the authority which generally safeguards the Venice lagoon against flooding. He is presently owner of Technologos (Monza, Italy), a consulting company providing technical advice to CVN.
