Arjan de Heer works as a project engineer at Hydronamic, the engineering group of Royal Boskalis Westminster nv. He specialises in morphologic and marine environmental studies. In 2003 he received his MSc from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands and in 2007 he joined the dredging industry and soon became involved with the TASS project.
