Construction of the River Training Works for the Jamuna Bridge Project in Bangladesh

In Bangladesh where the Jamuna River rises as much as 6.5 metres and overflow its banks as much as 15 kilometres, keeping the river under the bridge was as much of a challenge as building the bridge.
