The International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) will be presenting its Dredging and Reclamation Seminar at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, in Delft, The Netherlands.

The seminar will be held from Monday 24 June to Friday 28 June, 2019.

FOR WHOM

The seminar is aimed at (future) decision makers and their advisors in governments, port and harbour authorities, off-shore companies and other organisations that have to execute dredging projects.

WHY

The five-day course strives to provide an understanding about dredging and reclamation through lectures by experts in the field and workshops. The seminar includes an on-site visit to provide the students with a hands-on experience. Some of the subjects that will be covered during the seminar includes: the development of new ports and maintenance of existing ports; project phasing; descriptions of types of dredging equipment; costing of projects; and types of dredging projects.

COSTS

The fee for the week-long seminar is € 3,100.- (VAT inclusive). This includes all tuition, seminar proceedings, workshops and a special participants’ dinner.
