Peter Hamburger has been Secretary General of the International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC), the umbrella organisation for the private dredging industry, since 1992. He studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and is a transportation economist. He previously worked at Rijkswaterstaat, an agency of the Dutch Ministry of Transportation, Public Works and Water Management.
