Paul Hesk is Contracts and Business Development Manager at Van Oord UK Ltd. His primary responsibilities include identifying and securing projects in the UK and Ireland. He acted as tender coordinator for the Rochester Riverside Project and led the liaison with the PLA regarding opportunities for the beneficial reuse of material dredged from Princes Channel. He is also responsible for Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management in the UK and Ireland and coordinates all of Van Oord’s works under their second generation, four-year Framework with the Environment Agency.
