Osamah al Dakhil (MEng, Beng) is a Geotechnical Engineer with 11 years experience in Saudi Aramco Oil Company, Consulting Services Department. He received his MSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA in 2003. He was assigned to the Manifa Causeway Project as a Project Engineer from the development of the project tender, in 2006, through design development based in the Contractor’s offices. He was then transferred to site for the construction phase where he is a member of the site supervision team responsible for the geotechnical aspects, such as design and construction of slopes, geotextiles, bridge piles and land reclamation.
