Gerard Thues has a degree in ElecroMechanical Engineering from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium. He has held a variety of positions with the Port Authority of Antwerp over the course of 40 years and is presently CEO of the APEC-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center.
