David Brett (BSc (Hons), CEng, MICE) is a Divisional Director with Jacobs Engineering and leads the Maritime Civil Engineering team in Cardiff. He led for the Manifa Project team, from the concept and feasibility stage through scheme development to procurement. During 2006 he worked In Kingdom through feasibility and development stages and in 2007 supported the Saudi Aramco project management team in the Contractor’s design office in Belgium. Since 2008 he has provided ongoing support to the Client both in the UK and in Saudi Arabi.
