Andre Marques is a civil engineer who graduated from PUC-PR in 1999 and has been working in offshore and onshore ports and maritime design around the world since 2004. Andre is specialised in viability studies, basic design and detailed design for marine structures, dredging, breakwater and construction methods. He has worked on Mearim Terminal Project as the engineering manager and project leader.
