Masao Nakagawa

Masao Nakagawa received a MSc in Civil Engineering from Kyoto University in 1982. After joining Nippon Steel Corporation, he worked on designs and plans for civil works facilities in ironworks for 18 years. Since 2000, he has been developing a system for the utilisation of converter slag, which gained recognition in the reclamation market. In 2013 he joined Penta-Ocean Construction.
