François Mathijssen

After receiving his master degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Delft in 1998, François Mathijssen worked at Hydronamic, the engineering department of Royal Boskalis Westminster nv. Specialised in soil mechanics and foundation engineering, he worked as a project engineer and geo-technical advisor. Since 1998 he has worked periodically as a geo-technical advisor for Combinatie IJburg involving feasibility studies, optimisation of the reclamation process, reinforced soil structures and interpretation of monitoring results
